Orders are fulfilled from our network of warehouses and are typically dispatched from the location closest to your shipping address where your items are in stock.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Shipping delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs inspections, or other circumstances outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Calen is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Any re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their region. Calen is not liable for any delays or additional charges incurred at customs.
