Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Canada only. We're working on expanding to additional regions soon.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Canada typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments. If you ordered the wrong item, we're unable to offer a return. Please review our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
